I've ordered so many things from Amazon, I can't even begin to list them all. Housewares (sheets, kitchen utensils), books, CDs, DVDs and online movie rentals using my TiVo.

Amazon has always consistently delivered in a timely manner. When they were unable to, they canceled my orders without any hassle at all.

I'm also a big fan of their free shipping for orders of $25 or more. I use this almost every time I order. It takes a day or so longer, but I think it's worth it.

When ordering from Amazon Unbox, the selection is fabulous. I especially love that every weekend they have deals for the latest movies and you can rent them for $2.50 or less. The service downloads movies right to my TiVo and I can watch them at my leisure.

Gift giving and receiving is easy through Amazon as well. My friends and I all have wishlists, which make birthday shopping so simple. Plus, you can have them giftwrap it for you. So much easier for people who live far from you.

Amazon's customer service has also proven to be exceptional when I need them. A while ago, I accidentally purchased a movie on Unbox instead of renting it. You can't cancel these orders as they immediately download. I contacted customer service and they were happy to reverse the charges and just remove the rights to the movie from my TiVo. They were pleasant the entire time and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
