I bought a baby bjorn expensive baby carrier from this Healthcheck systems off on Amazon. Warning to all...you get what you pay for...My order came in the wrong color, box was crushed (not shipping box the internal package)smelled like smokers were handling it and looked like a return. <br> <br> Customer service was rude, wanted ME to pay to ship it back. I went with the cheapest price.. I should have known there were an "ebay" like company when I looked at their website. <br> Never again...

This vendor was great to work with. I called to make sure the product was in stock (specific color - difficult to find through other vendors - item was sold out), and customer service was very helpful and confirmed they had it even before I placed the order. There was also an error during internet order, and agin, customer service reacted very professionally. I am very pleased with this company. I would order again from them. Thanks!!

We were taken in by the low advertised price for a Burley Piccolo trailer-bike. We ordered online and spent the next few days waiting for an email reply. Within a week, we were told that the item was back ordered and would ship on the 7th of May. Today, May 9th, I called again to inquire about our order. We were told that it would now ship on May 20th (estimated). <br> <br> Nevermind. Order cancelled. <br> <br> I suspect that they take orders until they can bulk order with a large discount. In any case, our frustration and greater than a month of waiting was not worth saving $25. <br> <br> We are going to REI today anyway. Never again to these folks.

I am still trying to buy from them. I have had difficulties ordering on the site, and they never answer my emails without my having to ask three times, over a couple of weeks. When they do reply, they simply ask more questions. I am concerned about actually spending money with them and trusting them. I dread to think what would happen in a warranty return setup.

When the company first processed my credit card, it was declined. I got a very pleasnt email informing me of that. I called Customer Service and spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman who checked the number and expiration date, which were correct, then ran the card again. This time it was accepted, and I expect to get the shipment in about a week. I was impressed with the Customer Service, and the site has an excellent selection of high-quailty health monitors and equipment.

I guess that in themselves Healthcheck Systems were okay but the problem is that the product I bought from them was drop shipped and they did not indicate on the web site to the best of my knowledge that this would be the case. Because the item was drop shipped they really had no control over delivery and I find that to be and issue with drop shippers. I guess as a result I didn't receive notification of who the carrier was or a tracking number to know the status of my order. I only received an immediate order confirmation from Healthcheck Systems. When I wrote an email to enquire what was happeing with the order no-one responded! I eventually called and was greated by polite people but I did have to call twice in order to get a proper status update. I understand that free shipping was provided but I don't think that voids a vendors' obligation to keep a customer notified of the status of the order and ensure that delivery is carried out in a timely manner. The product itself is great and arrived within a week and a half which is not too bad of a delivery time but sadly I do have an issue with drop shipping and particularly when I am not informed that the company I am purchasing from doesn't have stock and is drop shipping. I personally prefer not to buy from companies that drop ship and therefore this would be my primary reason not to buy from Healthcheck Systems again.

Purchased a bathroom scale from this store. I had bought several from local drug stores, but they are cheap, and tend to fall apart. This time I spend the few extra bucks and got a quality scale. Solid construction on it, and a large enough base so my larger feet dont hang off the sides (size 12). It came in about a week from UPS, and I couldnt be happier with it. I got an email confirming my order, and then another with a tracking number from UPS. <br> <br> I do wish I was a little happier with the numbers on the scale; they need to make a scale that lies to you once in a while. <br> <br> =Þ

I found HealthCheck on Google when I searched for baby monitors. They had the model I wanted, at the right price. I got the Summer Infant 900mhz color baby monitor. I had seen it at Babies R Us, but it was over two hundred bucks, and I was NOT prepared to spend that much. I found it online for 20 dollars cheaper, as well as no tax. Good deal in my book. I ordered online, got free shipping, and got my monitor in about a week. I was hoping it would get here sooner, but Im pretty happy about the whole thing.
