dissapointed + bad mood from them

From a very horrible experience with SASA ordering and service, I highly advise people to not order with them in the first place to avoid all the trouble. They never answer emails and when you DO reach them, they are very impatient with you and don't want to bother with problems. They also charge you once you place your order, not when your order has been shipped, like they say. You also might have to wait forever to receive your item, so don't expect to receive what you have purchased at the promised time. But, I think their customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. I have shopped at many other online stores and cannot believe the way they treat their customers.
I would not shop here again

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just read Canna's review and have had the exact same experience. I was also sent a wrong item, sent it back to return and never received my refund for my item or return shipping.

To top it off, I ordered 2 exact same items during that time and one was correct and the other was not, now how hard is it to mess up an order like that?

Chaos experience with Sasa

I think there's a big problem in Sasa's system. Here's my miserable experience:

1. They sent me an incorrect product.
<br>
2. I sent it back for exchange. They have received that parcel, but they end up by not being able to locate it in their system. It's lost somewhere in their system.
<br>
3. TWO months after my order and after several contacts, they finally accept to send me a replacement. For the return shipping fee which is 35 euros (50 USD), sorry, I have to wait until they find that parcel in their system. (But, until when ?)

4. Almost three weeks after that promise, the replacement never arrives, not even a confirmation e-mail.
<br>
5. I've been trying hard to reach the phone customer service for days by international call, but in vain, it's always the answering machine.
<br>

I'm totally desperated and don't know what to do anymore....
